  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns

How to Initiate a Return

Authorization

Our customer support team will review your request. If approved, you will receive return authorization along with shipping instructions.

Pack & Ship

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Please use a trackable shipping method for your return.


Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, THEPOSITIVECHANT will cover the return shipping costs.


Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time

  • The return window is 7 days from delivery
  • Once a return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days

Processing Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for items that are:

  • Not in original condition
  • Damaged or missing parts not caused by our error

Exchanges
